Sourcing relevant profiles from various portals (Naukri, Monster, Linked, etc.), also expertize into head hunting by following multiple methodologies.

Well versed with Job posting, Mass mailing, sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, negotiating, etc. Should be well versed on skills worked on, job descriptions and basis knowledge about Mobile and Website technologies.

Maintaining database/reports/trackers and Coordinating with business partners and understating the requirement.

Initiating first round of F2F interview.

Should have working exposure into Permanent, Contractual, C2H, Niche skills, and lateral hiring.

Hard core target orientation, self-learner, self-motivated and aggressive personnel.

Salary: INR 2,00,000 - 3,25,000 P.A.
